Focus: Custom Designs, Product Development & Inventor (Full-Time)

Our projects range from impressive video walls and ergonomic control station desks to custom furniture concepts and complex overall solutions featuring state-of-the-art technology, software, and KVM systems.

Your Mission

You develop, design, and optimize our products and custom solutions for modern control rooms and control centers.

In this role, you will work on high-quality control station desks, video wall systems, custom designs, and individual client solutions with a high degree of customization.

From the initial idea to the final manufacturing drawing, you will accompany exciting projects and actively contribute your technical ideas to the further development of our products.

Your Tasks

Design & Product Development

  • Design and further development of our control station desks, video wall systems, and other product solutions
  • Development of individual custom designs and customer-specific solutions
  • Creation of 3D models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings using Autodesk Inventor
  • Adaptation and further development of existing standard products
  • Development of new components, mounts, fastening systems, and special parts
  • Design of components for wood, metal, and sheet metal fabrication
  • Development and design of components for 3D printing


Technische Ausarbeitung

  • Creation of manufacturing documentation and technical drawings for our suppliers and contract manufacturers
  • Deriving manufacturing drawings for carpentry, metal, and sheet metal processing
  • Creating parts lists and technical documentation
  • Maintenance and further development of existing standard libraries


Technische Berechnungen & Sonderlösungen

  • Layout and evaluation of custom designs
  • Conducting simple static analyses and load estimations
  • Evaluation of loads, stability, and movement sequences of our systems
  • Design and optimization of height-adjustable workstation systems
  • Development of technical solutions for special applications such as acoustic baffles, ceiling suspensions, or individual integration solutions


Raumplanung & Visualisierung

  • Creation and design of room concepts and 3D room models
  • Support in technical room planning
  • Creation and post-processing of photorealistic renderings of our products and room concepts in Keyshot
  • Support in the visual presentation of customer projects

What You Bring to the Role

  • Completed training or degree in the field of Technical Product Design, Mechanical Engineering, Product Development, Design/Construction, or a comparable qualification
  • Very good knowledge of Autodesk Inventor
  • Experience in 3D design and the creation of technical drawings
  • Confident handling of assemblies, parts lists, and manufacturing documentation
  • Experience in the design of sheet metal, metal, or wood assemblies is an advantage
  • Experience in the field of custom design and product development is desirable
  • Knowledge in rendering and visualization in Keyshot is an advantage
  • Experience with other CAD systems is welcome
  • Interest and openness to modern AI tools and digital work methods
  • Technical understanding as well as strong problem-solving skills
  • Independent, structured, and precise way of working
  • Creativity and joy in developing individual technical solutions
