Systemintegration & Installation

• Assembly, preparation, and testing of hardware components at our plant
• Conducting functional tests and test setups prior to delivery
• Checking firmware statuses and system compatibility
• Installation and integration of KVM systems, KVM matrices, as well as transmitter and receiver units
• Installation and integration of video wall controllers, network switches, and other IT and AV hardware
• Fitting and assembly of 19-inch racks according to layout and rack plans
• Installation of patch brackets, cable management systems, and infrastructure components
• Assembly and integration of technical components in control desk setups and control room environments
• Hardware installation both in control centers and in server and technical rooms

Verkabelung & Inbetriebnahme

• Professional cabling and integration of all system components
• Implementation of structured, high-quality cable management
• Commissioning and functional testing on-site at customer locations
• Fault analysis, troubleshooting, and system optimization
• Documentation of installed systems and components

Konfiguration & Systembetreuung‍

• Step-by-step onboarding into the configuration of our deployed systems
• Parameterization and configuration of KVM, video wall, and other system solutions
• Execution of updates, adjustments, and optimizations
• Maintenance and support for existing customer systems
• On-site or remote service deployments and support services

Depending on the project, the distribution between workshop and field deployment is typically around 40% workshop and 60% customer projects on-site.

Our projects are mostly implemented in small teams. Depending on the project, you will work alongside technical colleagues, installation staff, or in mixed project teams.

• Completed training as an IT Specialist in System Integration, IT Systems Electronics Technician, Media Technician, Information Electronics Technician, or a comparable qualification
• Career changers with relevant professional experience in IT, AV, or media technology are also welcome
• Technical understanding and enthusiasm for modern IT and media technology
• Experience handling server, network, or AV technology is an advantage
• Knowledge in structured cabling and cable management
• Ideally, initial experience with KVM systems, video wall technology, or control room solutions
• Experience with 19-inch racks and IT infrastructure is beneficial
• Basic knowledge of network technology is desirable
• Willingness to familiarize yourself with new technologies and systems
• Interest in modern AI tools and digital work methods
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• High quality awareness as well as neat and careful work
• Confident and professional appearance in front of customers
• Willingness to travel for projects across Germany and the DACH region
• Class B driver's license
