• Pre-assembly and construction of high-quality control station desks with electrical height adjustment, video wall systems, and surrounding furniture in our factory
• Assembly of wood, metal, and electrical sub-assemblies according to technical drawings and wiring schematics
• Pre-cabling and integration of electrical components into our control room systems
• Loading furniture, components, and systems into our service vehicles or freight forwarding trucks
• On-site installation and final assembly of our solutions directly at the customer's location
• Assembly, mounting, and commissioning of control station desks, video wall systems, and surrounding furniture
• Mounting of desk tops, monitor arm systems, and workstation displays
• Support with the assembly, alignment, and fine adjustment of LCD and LED displays as well as complete video walls
• Laying and connecting pre-assembled cables within our systems
• Assembly and installation of our proprietary lighting systems, including ceiling suspensions
• Independent execution of installation projects across Germany and the DACH region
• Leading small assembly teams and coordinating work on-site
• Alignment with customers and project partners during installation
• Conducting visual and final acceptances together with the customer
• Careful work in high-end customer environments, including protective measures, covering work, and clean handover of work areas
• Ensuring order, cleanliness, and quality standards during and after completion of installation

The distribution between workshop and field deployment is approximately 40% workshop and 60% installation.

Our projects are mostly implemented in small teams of 2 to 4 employees. Depending on project size and focus, you will work with colleagues from the assembly team, with our technicians, or in mixed teams. Since we offer turnkey solutions, assembly and technology teams work closely together to realize projects at customer sites.

Following your onboarding, you will step-by-step take on more responsibility and lead projects independently on site.

• Completed vocational training as a Joiner, Carpenter, Exhibition Stand Builder, Interior Fitter, Metalworker, Electrician, or a comparable craft/trade qualification
• Experienced career changers with strong technical understanding are explicitly welcome
• Manual dexterity, craftsmanship, and a clean, precise working style
• Experience in reading technical drawings, ideally also circuit/wiring diagrams
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Joy in varied projects and willingness to travel
• High quality awareness and careful handling of high-value products
• Confident, polite, and professional appearance in front of customers
• Class B driver's license

Predictable Travel Schedule
Our assembly deployments usually last between two and five days and are planned well in advance. Deployments take place predominantly from Monday to Friday. Weekend work is absolute exception.
